Does it work with the AI tools we already have?
Yes. Our AI coach runs inside the major AI assistants, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft 365 Copilot, so there’s no new software to buy.
Where does our data go?
The coach runs inside the AI tool your IT team has already approved, so your people’s work stays where it already is.
Do participants need AI or technical experience?
No. The program starts from zero, which is why we’re called From101. Only one of the five steps is technical, and we provide scaffolds for it.
How much time does it take each week?
A 1-hour live session, plus self-paced building time on their own work. Build clinics and the community are there for extra support.
Who should join the cohort?
Anyone who does recurring work that ends in a deliverable: reports, cases, plans, proposals. Mixed functions work well, and we group participants by similar use cases.
How do we know it’s working?
You get cohort-level progress reports throughout the program, and the showcase puts every working automation in front of leadership.
